Giga upgraded to 2.4.3 now recieves Error

"Error: Invalid downshift modulation (c_mod_rate_shift)" 

We did not change the settings prior to the reboot.

This worked on the one side of the pair, but not the other.

What speed do you have set for the normal operation as well as downspeed? Are you running TDM as well as Ethernet?

This turned out to be a hardware problem with the ODU.
