TrangoLINK® Apex Console/Serial Cable

Condition:

Cable doesn’t allow console/serial access to Apex.

Description:

A batch of console cables has been found to be mis-wired and will not allow communication with an Apex radio.

Solution:

If you have a console cable that will not work to communicate with an Apex even when the terminal settings are set to the correct values (115200-8-n-1-none), please contact us for a replacement.

If you have previously used the console cable without problems, there is no need for a replacement cable, the one you have is wired properly.

A wiring diagram is provided on pg. 128 of the Apex User Manual should you like to check the wiring without hooking up to an Apex.
